Well it’s been rumoured (and fantasized about) for a long time, but Ryan Gosling will officially be joining the MCU in his dream role: Ghost Rider! Maybe not surprising if you’ve heard him asked about superhero movies in interviews, and DEFINITELY not surprising on Marvel’s part since he’s basically the biggest star in the world right now. Unfortunately, directed by the Free Guy and Adam Project guy Shawn Levy. Hopefully it turns out alright.
Other big news: nothing concrete on Black Panther 3 just yet, except for one major detail. David Jonsson, of the Long Walk and Alien: Romulus, will be taking on the role of Black Panther as the son of Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa. If you haven’t seen his past work, rest assured he’s gonna kill it. And if you missed a much earlier announcement on this movie, Denzel Washington will also be joining in another role. Presumably the villain, but time will tell.
Other than that, all of the Doomsday cast were out and they played a clip for the crowd but we didn’t get anything so 🤷.
And to wrap things up, we also got a look at the very Canadian costume Deadpool will likely be rocking for Endgame.
Meet JeanPool. I would judge this, but considering my wardrobe is 99% denim, I have to admit it actually rocks. Looks a lot better than the faux patterns they love to screen print on these things anyways.
