A new court date has been set for a Theodore man, arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina City Police officer.
44-year-old Philip Randhal was in Regina Provincial Court June 30, where he had his matters adjourned to July 23.
On the afternoon of March 7, the police officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city, and conducted a traffic stop.
It’s alleged the driver refused to identify himself, then punched the officer twice, before he was finally arrested
