A new court date has been set for one of three men, arrested after the Saskatchewan Enforcement Response Team seized two firearms at a residential property in Yorkton.
A search was conducted at a residence on Russell Drive March 9, and police seized a loaded prohibited firearm, a non-restricted firearm, ammunition, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
31-year-old Yahye Mohamed, of Fort McMurray, Alberta, was in Yorkton Provincial Court July 2.
He was remanded in custody to July 6.
