Well last time the Cruz tent was out, the piece locking one of the legs in broke. Was it the last time I took out the tent? Maybe. Did it happen when I was putting it up? Shut up.
Anyways, it was a piece of broken plastic, and I have a plastic welder that I needed to justify using, so I thought I’d try fixing it up! I’ve used it before on stuff I’ve 3d printed, and for fixing parts on my car so I was pretty confident in the fact I could fix it.
Didn’t turn out half bad! So yeah, if you’ve got something plastic that’s broken (whether or not a bumbling radio guy did it) plastic welder is the way to go!
