Just over 16 thousand dollars was raised for Yorkton KidSport as part of the “Goals for KidSport” fundraising campaign from the 2024/25 regular season.
This season with help from the Yorkton Kinsmen, and nine other generous business sponsors, $140 for each home goal scored by the SJHL’s Yorkton Terriers was donated to the organization.
In 2023, Yorkton KidSport helped a total of 69 kids play their favorite sports, covering just over $25-thousand in registration fees overall, while in 2024 the number rose to 111 kids, with total registration fees overall of $36,000.
