A new Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory is currently in effect in Preeceville.

The new order was put in place on Friday, February 28, and remains in effect until further notice, due to another water main break in the community.

Until repairs are completed, and the Water Security Agency can confirm that the water supply is completely safe, residents are advised to boil water intended for consumption, for at least one minute prior to use.
