Addison Kartusch of Winnipeg earned a six stroke victory over Jeri Lafleche to win the Manitoba Women’s Amateur Championship over the weekend at the Minnedosa Golf & Country Club.

Kartusch finished the 54-hole event at 4-over par 220.

Swan River product Crystal Zamzow finished third place, eight shots off the pace at plus-14

Rhonda Orr  earned a one stroke victory over Charmaine Hayden Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship. Hayden had an impressive finish carding a 1-under par 71 during the final round.

After setting a course record Thursday to open the Diamond Athletic Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship, Allan McDonald  shot a 4-under par 68 to close out Drew Jones by two strokes.

McDonald finished at 10-under par 206.

Jay Doyle captured the Diamond Athletic Men’s Mid-Masters Championship by two strokes over Jon Schroeder and Marshall Cox.
