A new court date has been set for one of two Swan River men, arrested in connection with a death in the community last year

29-year-old Dean Bell is charged with Manslaughter, and in Winnipeg Tuesday, he had his matter adjourned to October 2 in Swan River. 

On January 13, 2024, Swan River Mounties were called to a report of a stabbing on Main Street.

They found a 33-year-old man, who later died in hospital.
