The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League have announced their weekly award winners from the final week of the SJHL regular season.
After netting a Hat-Trick and an assists on Friday over the Yorkton Terriers, Melville Millionaires’ forward Caden Drury was named the Saskatchewan Player of the Week.
Meanwhile, Yorkton Terriers defenceman Tyson Perkins during his final couple games of his Junior career, compiled 4 points in 2 games vs. Melville to be named the SJHL’s Defenceman of the Week.
Other award winners included: Humboldt G Benjamin Motew (MVP of the Week), G Logan Cunningham of Battlefords (Goalie of the Week), Nipawin’s Braden Jockims (Forward of the Week) and Humboldt F Ben Constantino was named the weeks Top Rookie.
