The Yorkton Terriers earned their 16th win of the season on Tuesday night after a 5-4 decision over the Battlefords North Stars on the road.
The North Stars struck first in the 1st as 9:33 in, Elijah Anderson tucked home his 1st as a North Star to make it 1-0.
Anthony Domina responded just under 3 minutes later for the Terriers as he deflected home a long-shot off the stick of former North Star Ashtyn Shields to knot it up.
But the North Stars came back once again just 78 seconds later as Kian Bell found the loose puck in the crease and notched his 30th of the campaign to regain the lead at 2-1.
Anthony McIntosh scored a late one for the Terriers though in the late stages to make it a 2-2 game through 20 minutes.

The two teams exchanged goals in the 2nd as just over half-way through, Carson Olsen finished off a rebound while late in the second Aiden Knutson pounced on a rebound in front for his 13th to make it 3-3 through 40 mins.

Knutson struck again almost half-way through the 3rd as he finished off a nice individual effort for his 2nd of the night to help the Terriers grab their first lead.
The North Stars tied it up again with a PP goal with 3:45 left as Kian Bell beat Ethan Farrow over the left shoulder for his 31st of the season making it 4-4.
The game destined for overtime, David Overbeeke had other ideas as re-directed in his 1st SJHL goal with 1:47 left to help the Terriers earn the big two points.
Ethan Farrow turned aside 41 of 45 shots to earn his 12th victory of the season, while Stars G Matthew McArthur made 34 saves in the loss.
The Terriers’ will go right back at it on Wednesday in Kindersley on GX94, while the North Stars visit the Notre Dame Hounds on Friday night.

The Melville Millionaires late comeback fell just a tad short as they dropped third straight after a 3-2 defeat the the top-ranked Flin Flon Bombers.
Joel Mabin and Payton Kostyshyn scored for the Mils, while Jacob Vockler, Alexi Sylvestre and Carter Anderson replied for the Bombers.
Harmon Laser-Hume made 24 saves in the Bombers’ goal to get the win, while Mils netminder Ethan Rau stopped 25 of 28 shots in the losing cause.
The Moneymen head on the road this Friday and Saturday for a couple road matchups with the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
